Use a sulfate-free shampoo to keep the hair soft and hydrated. I recommend Pantene , shampoo and conditioner. Let conditioner sit for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing.

Always wash in a downward motion to avoid tangling.

Detangle gently starting from the ends and work upward.
Use a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush.
Avoid heavy oils ,lightweight serums keep hair flowing and silky.

Wrap hair in a silk or satin scarf or use a satin bonnet.
